Synthesis is the product description of the new LMS Data 25-Year self-certified Warranty
Programme available exclusively by Netbit (UK) Limited, an authorised LMS Data product distributor. The Warranty allows a company or individual whom has purchased LMS Data CAT5e, CAT6 and/or Fibre Optic Patch Panels, Modules, Faceplates and backbone (i.e. solid core) data cable for use exclusively within installation project. The entire installation of the cabling products must be of LMS Data manufacture and must be purchased via Netbit (UK) Limited. Synthesis warrants that when installed correctly and in accordance with current installation practises and adheres or exceeds ISO11801 standards, it will perform to the latest
data communications standards including Gigabit (1000BaseT/1000BaseFX) standards.

How to become a Synthesis Partner?

Simple, and with no cost to you. As a new or existing Netbit (UK) Limited customer you and/or your company are free to apply as an approved ‘Synthesis Cabling Partner’.

We ask that you download or request the Synthesis 25-year self-certified Cabling Partner Application. Please complete and either email, fax or post directly to the Synthesis Warranty Department at Netbit (UK) Limited. Full contact details are provided on the form.

Synthesis Project Approval and Claims

Once you have completed the Synthesis 25-year Installation Application and sent your complete, 100% test results for the project using any approved Tester, Netbit (UK) Limited will validate your test results to confirm that all installed points are confirmed as passed to current installation standards. All warranted items must also be LMS Data products (excluding Patch Leads) and must be purchased exclusively from Netbit (UK) Limited. Verification of this at the time of project approval maybe requested by Netbit (UK) Limited.


On successful verification, Netbit (UK) Limited will provide exclusive 25-year Warranty certificate(s) for you and/or your customer. The start date of the Synthesis Warranty will be the date incorporated onto the certificates to be sent out and will be valid for 25 years from the start date.
In the unlikely event of issue/fault with the Synthesis installation and all other factors of possible fault have been established and deemed to be verified (i.e. Ethernet Switch, Client Computer, Patching and Power Outage for example) the Installation company must contact Netbit (UK) Limited by either email, fax or letter describing the fault, supplying any additional electronic test results of the fault together with any validating proof of purchase of the faulty product(s). Netbit (UK) Limited reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances
to accompany the registered installer to the project site to further validate the claim.
